Terms & Conditions

1. Tool is warranted by ALBERT TRADING LTD for a period of six/twelve months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers defective workmanship and materials (materials and manufacturing faults). It is applicable only if accompanied by a receipt or a proof of purchase.

2. Every tool is thoroughly inspected and tested for material and manufacturing fault before being offered for sale. Nevertheless, should any material or manufacturing fault be found within the warranty period, the complete tool should be returned, at your own cost, to ALBERT TRADING LTD at the address overleaf or at the point of purchase. In case of defects covered by the warranty, this tool will be repaired by ALBERT TRADING LTD free of charge. Any further claims against ALBERT TRADING LTD, e.g. for compensation for damage, refund of the purchase price or replacement of the tool are excluded.

3. This warranty becomes void in the event where:
- Servicing or repairs have been made or attempted by any person not duly authorised by ALBERT TRADING LTD.
- Fault is due to normal wear.
- The product has undergone an accident.
- Misuse is evident.
- Fault has been caused by overloading the product beyond its normal capacity.
- The tool has been used after partial failure or with improper accessories.

4. This warranty does not cover parts which need replacement due to normal wear and tear such as:
- Armature, Field, Switch, Carbon Brushes, Belts, Ball bearings.

5. During the currency of this warranty, any component of the tool, other than the above, which our examination shows to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service will be repaired or replaced without charge. ALBERT TRADING LTD. reserves the right to change, at its discretion, any tool or part of a tool sent for service for a like article of approximately the same date of manufacture. This warranty shall not be affected in any way thereby.

6. All servicing or repair of this tool will be carried out on the premises of ALBERT TRADING LTD.

7. If work is done under warrantee at the client's premises, ALBERT TRADING LTD may charge for carriage costs.

8. This warranty applies only to a tool that has been purchased new and from, or through an appointed dealer of, ALBERT TRADING LTD. In the case of a tool being bought on Hire Purchase, this warranty will not operate unless payment of all installments is up to date.

9. This warranty applies only to a tool purchased and used in MAURITIUS and its dependencies.

10. After expiry of this warranty period, ALBERT TRADING LTD, remains, of course, at your entire disposal for repair and maintenance of this tool against an appropriate charge.
